I’m Hannah, 21 years old and currently sat at 137.1kg (as of 05/08/18) which is already 19kg lighter than when I started in January.
I think I’ve been over weight most of my life, but my weight shot up during 6th form as I just didn’t enjoy it so I turned to eating as a comfort. I also got an apprentice which I didn’t enjoy so I continued eating.
I tried slimming world and things like buying books and eating the recipes from there and doing the workouts in there but I was never able to shift a lot of weight like I have done this year.
I got a PT in November 2017, but started losing weight in January* (new year, new me and all that), fast forward to now and her I am writing this page on my blog.
*Disclaimer – I didn’t clean up my eating in November/December which is why I didn’t lose any weight in those months, my PT also knew that as it was so close to christmas I wasn’t going to do that.
